1. Purpose of the site
This is an informational showcase website: it presents The Littoral School, its programs and contact details, and lets you register online.
2. Publisher and hosting
The site is published by The Littoral School — Languages, Training & Consulting, Résidence Zizi 126 logements LPA, Aokas, Béjaïa (Algeria). Contact: contact@thelittoralschool.com.

3. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, logo, images, videos and layout) is protected. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
4. Online registration
The online form constitutes a registration: the information entered is recorded in the school's management system, and the school contacts you to confirm your file and assign you to a group. The required documents (01 ID photo and 01 birth certificate) are still to be provided to the school; the photo may be attached directly to the form.
Submitting the form requires ticking the two boxes that close it: accepting the use of the information entered, and accepting these terms together with the privacy policy. Both acceptances are timestamped and kept with your file.
The photo is optional: not attaching one does not prevent registration. It is used only to identify the student on their internal record, is never published, and can be removed on request.
5. External links and services
The site links to external services (WhatsApp, social media, map). The Littoral School is not responsible for the content or policies of these third-party services.
6. Liability
Information is provided for guidance only and may change. The Littoral School strives to keep it accurate but cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or temporary unavailability of the site.
