2. Data collected

Through the registration form: full name, date and place of birth, phone number(s), address, school level, e-mail (optional), a photo (optional), as well as the program(s) requested and your course preferences.

3. Purpose of use

This data is used solely to process your registration, to follow your academic and administrative record, and to contact you back. It is never transferred or sold to third parties.

4. Transmission and storage

When the form is submitted, the information entered is sent to the school's management server, which records it in your student file. That file is accessible only to authorised staff of the school, after authentication.

Any photo attached is kept in a private area of the server: no public address gives access to it, and it is displayed only inside the school's administration area.

5. Minors' data

Data relating to underage students is provided under the responsibility and with the consent of the parent or legal guardian.

6. Retention and hosting

Registrations received are kept by the school in its management system, for as long as needed to process the file and follow the student's schooling.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). The host may generate technical logs (IP address, connection data) needed for the site to run properly and securely; these logs are not used for commercial purposes.

7. Cookies

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A technical cookie may only store your language preference to improve your browsing experience.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@thelittoralschool.com.

This also covers any photo attached: its removal may be requested at any time, without affecting the registration.
